Super Lawyers Selects Bryan Donahue - 2021 Rising Stars

We’re proud to announce Bryan Donahue’s selection to Super Lawyers Rising Stars, for the third year running! Super Lawyers uses a rigorous multiphase selection process from initial nominations, independent research and peer evaluation, to final selection. Only 2.5% of lawyers in the state are selected to Rising Stars. However, Rising Stars “age out” at 40 years old and believe it or not, this talented trial attorney is officially over the hill. We’re sad to say 2021 will be Donahue’s last year as a Rising Star. eligible beyond 2021.

For this year’s Super Lawyer’s Magazine, Donahue wanted something different:

“Every year you look through the magazine and it’s lawyer in a suit, lawyers in a suit, lawyers looking up at a camera while smiling…  in suits. After the crazy year we had in 2020 I wanted to do something different. Something fun.”

This year’s insert is a nod to all the people who found themselves working from home, juggling child care, Zoom meetings, and somehow keeping it all together.  With all the remote hearings taking place during COVID-19, Donahue’s “suit” (including board shorts, flip flops, earbud) was actually a pretty common occurrence. That being said, he’s still managed to put the slacks and dress shoes on for 3 trial wins and counting this year. Including a 0.12% BAC DUII Not Guilty Verdict in Deschutes County, and forcing the State to dismiss two additional DUII cases during trial, in Crook County. And that’s not to mention all the cases dismissed pre-trial.
